We take the business of looking after your child very seriously. We want to make sure that your
son or daughter's journey to St. Clare's goes as smoothly as possible. It is essential that you
complete the travel form and send us your flight details as soon as possible

You need to book your transfer at least ten days before your journey to guarantee a successful
transfer.

If you have booked your child an Unaccompanied Minor Service, where your child is accompanied for the whole of the journey, you need to also book our Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. There is a £50 supplement charged for our Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. This supplement covers the costs of additional staff required to accompany UM passengers. If your child is travelling with UM status it is essential that you inform us when you send us flight details to ensure the safety of your child.

Free Transfers
Junior course students (age 10-15 and enrolled on one of our Junior courses) have free transfers if their flight arrives and departs from London Heathrow airport at the times and dates given below.

Special St. Clare's Transfer
Junior course students arriving / departing at a different London airport other than London Heathrow will need to pay for a special St. Clare's transfer. Please note that you will be charged a £20 administration fee if you cancel a special airport transfer.
