In its drive to improve the quality of residential accommodation, in 2010 the College bought a large
Victorian house at 127, Banbury Road, right next door to the main campus. The house holds 24
students plus warden and each room is ensuite. In 2011 two IB houses were completely redeveloped at a
cost of £1.4million. The houses have access to wifi, two laundries and two comfortable common rooms.
