son or daughter's journey to St. Clare's goes as smoothly as possible. It is essential that you
complete the travel form and send us your flight details as soon as possible

You would need to book your transfer at least ten days before your journey to guarantee a successful transfer.

If you book your child an Unaccompanied Minor Service, where your child is accompanied for the whole of the journey, you would need to also book our Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. There is a £50 supplement charged for our Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. This supplement covers the costs of additional staff required to accompany UM passengers. If your child is travelling with UM status it is essential that you inform us when you send us flight details to ensure the safety of your child.

Students can only travel on the specified arrival and departure dates and within a particular time schedule.
