Meredith McDill – Head of University and Careers Counselling

Meredith McDill joins St Clare’s after decades of experience in both university admissions/enrolment management and university counselling. Most recently, she spent three years as a University Counsellor at Branksome Hall School in Toronto, Canada, and prior to that she served as an international admissions officer at Smith College in Massachusetts, USA. She and her husband are happy to be back in the UK after having met here 35 years ago, and she enjoys biking, all manner of outdoor recreation and international travel.

Becky Ryan – University and Careers Counsellor

Becky Ryan has worked in roles supporting young people across charities, universities, and international schools in Spain and Germany. She holds an MSc in Career Guidance and Development and is a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) with the CDI, UK. She is passionate about everything careers: how to explore your interests, imagine your futures, and informed decision-making. Over the last four years, Becky has supported international students in Germany with planning their next steps to destinations around the world.
Having relocated with her family to Oxford, Becky enjoys exploring the city and surrounding countryside. In her free time, you will either find her with a cup of tea and a book, or working on a creative project or two!
