Chris Osbourn – Head of IB Admissions

Chris Osbourn is Head of Admissions at St Clare’s. He has been at the school for over 20 years during which time he has represented the school internationally, meeting families from all around the world. Previously Chris worked in Admissions and Marketing at Cambridge University and King’s College London. In his spare time, he enjoys walking, cycling and cooking and supporting the Arsenal Football Club, he has been a season ticket holder for almost 30 years.

Sara Lynes – IB Admissions Manager

Sara joined the IB World School Admissions team in 2023. Having studied a BA in Italian and Spanish, Sara has a strong interest in language, culture and communications. She has lived both in Italy and Spain and enjoys connecting with people from different countries and backgrounds, and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment at St Clare’s for prospective students and helping them feel inspired by the opportunities available to them in the college and in Oxford. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, long walks, and of course, keeping up her language skills whenever she can.

Fyonna Boateng – IB Admissions Officer

Originally born in the US, Fyonna brings first-hand experience of the St. Clare’s experience and community as an IB20 alumna. After completing the IB, she has worked in diverse industries such as marketing, quantitative academic research, and mental health support roles, all while pursuing her undergraduate degree. After graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Professional Placement in 2024, she is excited to leverage her skills to engage with prospective parents and students in a supportive and truly international environment.
