From mid-late August 2004 (or as soon as possible thereafter) This is a new position. The post is primarily concerned with 200 residential pre-university students, aged 16-20, drawn from 40 countries, on International Baccalaureate Diploma, English language and Pre-IB courses. The post incorporates four elements:
The person appointed will be energetic and innovative and ideally
have successful experience of management in a residential context.
S/he will contribute to the College's mission of advancing international
education and understanding. It may be possible to combine this
post with some part-time employment. Closing

This is a full-time post in the Academic Resources Centre (Anne Dreydel House), to assist and deputise for the Senior Librarian. The Academic Resources Centre (35,000 books, IT and audio visual resources) opened in 1995. Experience of library work and strong IT skills essential. We are looking for a qualified librarian, preferably with 2-3 years experience in education. Hours 35 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends. Job Description can be viewed here. Summer Vacancies 2004 St. Clare's, Oxford runs a busy programme of summer courses from late June to end of August. Our courses are largely residential English language courses for international students: young adults and children. We also have an International Baccalaureate Summer Institute offering courses over a 3-week period from the end of July. To this end we are seeking to recruit EFL teaching professionals, academic subject teachers (IB) and other support staff to work for periods of *2 - 9 weeks.
