1953-2003 - 50 Years of Promoting International Education & Understanding

The University Foundation Course is a one year programme to prepare for entry to British universities. On the University Foundation Course, you study academic subjects at introductory university level as well as English language, where appropriate. Two "streams" are available - one for Business, the other for Social Studies.

  • The Business Stream is for students wishing to study subjects in the fields of Business, Management, Economics, Travel and Tourism, Hotel and Catering Management.
  • The Social Studies Stream is for students wishing to study subjects in the fields of Economics, Psychology, Politics, Sociology, Social Anthropology.

Students on the University Foundation Course will have completed secondary schooling in their own country. The course allows you to gain confidence in studying in English and to improve your English skills before starting your university course. Over recent years, students from the University Foundation Course have been offered places on over 40 courses at British universities.
