In its drive to improve the quality of residential accommodation, the College has bought a large
Victorian house at 127, Banbury Road, right next door to the main campus. The house holds 24
students plus warden and features many energy efficient measures – rain water is harvested, the
house has been super-insulated and the lights are motion-sensitive so that electricity is not
wasted. In addition to these practical measures, the residence consists of single bedrooms plus
double and triple rooms each with their own bathroom.
