Please help us to make your child's transfer from and to the airport as easy as possible:

we need this information at least ten days before your journey in order to guarantee a transfer - If you have booked your child an Unaccompanied Minor Service, where your child is accompanied
for the whole of the journey, you need to also book our Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service.
There is a £50 supplement charged for this service. The supplement covers the costs of additional staff required to accompany UM passengers.
If your child is travelling with UM status it is essential that you inform us when you send us flight details to ensure the safety of your child.

What will happen when you arrive at the airport
Airports are very busy places. At Heathrow airport our team will be there to meet your child at ‘Arrivals'. He or she will wear a St. Clare's T-shirt and hold a St. Clare's sign. At any other airport a private taxi service will meet you at Arrivals holding a sign with your name on it. If your child gets lost he or she must:- Go to the Airport Information Desk
- Ask them to call the St. Clare's representative
- Stay at the Information Desk until they have been collected
- Once they have been met they will be taken to the course centre either by bus or by taxi
Independent travel to St. Clare's
- If you are travelling to the school independently (with your parents or another adult), at the beginning or end of the course, please give details of who will bring you and when you will arrive at the school.
