Workshop fees and accommodation fees are charged separately. We have arranged a special delegate rate in a local hotel. Please note that this special rate is only available if you book through St. Clare's. Lunch and dinner is provided in College; breakfast is taken at the hotel.
Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements. A full listing of hotels and bed and breakfast accommodation can be found at www.dailyinfo.co.uk.
Registration is usually held on arrival day at New Place, 131 Banbury Road, between 1800-1900 hours and is followed by a Reception, an introductory workshop session and then Dinner.
Our workshops are housed in college classrooms either at our Banbury Road campus where all the IB Diploma teaching is conducted or at our International College in Bardwell Road. This large, Victorian building is also used for the teaching of Adult English Language courses and the St. Clare's Liberal Arts programme. On both campuses, the dedicated catering facilities make for a pleasant and convenient workshop location.
We use the college minibuses to transport workshop groups to venues of subject interest, such as the Museums, the Botanic Gardens, Theatres, laboratories. Bardwell Road is adjacent to the Cherwell Boat house the starting point for our ever-popular "punting expedition".
