- Course prepares students for exam success through skills development, exam tips and practice and research and presentation skills project-based work
- Intensive English learners participate in activities and excursions including all afternoon on-site activities Monday-Thursday, most Friday afternoon excursions and weekend excursions and activities.
- Research and presentation skills projects: related to the Theme of the Week focusing on learner training and study skills to prepare students for academic study and examinations. Modes of production include essay, presentation and debate. Includes library visits, external study visit, external guest speaker, critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Example guest speaker from previous year: Oxfordshire Businesswoman of the Year 2019 “How to run a start-up”.
- Includes access to our e-book platform – an innovative way to encourage reading fluency and vocabularly acquisition. Students must bring their own tablet or laptop.
