Results for IB graduates at St. Clare's

St. Clare's is pleased to announce another excellent set of results in the May 2011 examinations.

The following are the highlights of this year's results.
  • a total of 99% passed the IB Diploma year in 2011. This has to be put in the context of the world-wide average pass rate for all schools and colleges which is about 78% making the achievements of our students even more significant.
  • 3 students achieved 45 points, the perfect score, achieved by only 0.2 % of all students who take the Diploma, world-wide, each year.
  • this is the ninth consecutive year in which students at St. Clare's have achieved 45 points.
  • the mean score was 35.89, an improvement of 1.38 from last year.
  • significant percentage increases have been achieved for students awarded 30 points or more, 35 points or more and 40 points or more which are shown in the table below.
